Guarantee and complains
OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU
We are quality conscious and have a clear position on our furniture. Everything must be in order. Therefore, we choose only the best material, because we want furniture that can be used for many years. And handed down from generation to generation. Furniture that can be part of your child’s many adventures.
Leander provides a three-year guarantee for all wooden and metal parts, and a two-year guarantee for all textile elements and Matty the changing mat. All guarantees apply to faults and defects in materials and construction.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE GUARANTEE?
The guarantee does not cover defects that are due to normal wear, incorrect use of the product, changes in the product, or the purchase and use of accessories that are not approved or marketed by Leander. The guarantee does not cover any failure to follow the guidelines for assembly, use and maintenance provided with the product.
SOMETHING WRONG? WANT TO COMPLAIN?
Should you experience flaws and deficiencies within the guarantee, you should contact your local retailer. The retailer will help you with flaws and deficiencies that were present at the time of purchase – without any trouble and expenses on your part.
To ensure that your complaint is dealt with quickly and promptly, please pass on the following information to your retailer:
- A receipt/ Proof of purchase
- A picture of the defect/problem
- A brief description of the defect/problem
- Item no.
- By furniture: production number (on the base of the furniture, e.g. 126-101114)
We endeavor to always handle complaints as quickly as possible. Yet there may be cases where we have to contact our suppliers in order to find the best solution. This can mean that it takes a little longer to deal with the complaint.
If we find that the complaint is justified, we will normally offer to replace spare parts, or repair or replace your item.
